When you provide your mobile number to GetLeverage, you expressly consent to receive text messages, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Message types may include:

  • Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences

  • Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others

  • Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase

  • Numbers are only shared with authorized service providers for message delivery

  • Phone numbers are encrypted in our systems

  • Numbers are deleted upon account termination or opt-out request

Message Content and Delivery

  • Message content is encrypted during transmission

  • Message logs are retained for 12 months for service delivery and quality assurance

  • Message delivery status is monitored for quality assurance

AI and Automation Data Processing

Our Service includes AI-powered systems that may process:

NO mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Service providers necessary for delivering our messaging and AI services

  • Partners who assist in message delivery, AI processing, and service verification

  • Technology partners who provide underlying platform capabilities (without revealing specific provider identities)

  • Law enforcement when required by law

Legal Obligations

Retention of Your Personal Data
